"Tongue and pen fail in attempting to describe the magic."
-Earnest Shackelton January 1908.
Your images, music, and well communicated respect for the science and this alive continent are a powerful and meaningful way to share the magic. Thank You.

I am a 4th grade teacher at Campbell Elementary in Lincoln, Nebraska. My students are currently reading "On Top Of The World" - a book written By Will Steger about his trek across the Arctic in 1995. It is part of our first reading theme - "Journeys". We plan to follow your Antarctic Journey to further enhance our learning. We are so excited!!!

A very valuable resource.

I am incorporating the video journals into my geologic time unit with my 8th grade students. Yesterday's core video was right on target with my lesson on sediment cores and how they are used to make interpretations about Earth's past. I cannot thank you enough! Outstanding work!!

We're rooting for you all! Thank you for what you're doing!

We'll be talking to you soon! Keyla, Julian, Francine, Dennis, Ella, Cody, Eli, Ella, Leonard, Jayden, Solomon and John all say hi!

I'm a visual artists who has travelled to Antarctica with the Australian antarctic division (V7 2002), on a marine science expedition around the Amery Ice Shelf. I continue to make art about Antarctica's changing landscape as evidence of change. I'll be following for project with great interest!
